Established in 2014 at Chennai (India) with a desire to bring to the city quintessential European pâtisserie, we opened doors to our first branch in Egmore, serving freshly made pastries, sandwiches, coffee, confectionery and cakes, in a delightfully European ambience.

Run by four individuals – Nicky, Sarina, Prakash & Pranav (a family business) – who share the joy of managing the day-to-day affairs, with a team of over 50 Years passionate people, Nicky’s Café now proudly serves its customers through four self-managed cafes and a central kitchen in the city.  
  
Nicky trained and worked in Luzern, Switzerland, and holds a diploma in Pastry & Chocolate from DCT, Switzerland. He oversees the day-to-day administration of the business, along with product (or shall we say “goodie”) development.

Sarina, a talented graphic designer with a flair for creativity, self-learnt the art of gorgeous cake making, and personally oversees every customized cake order that leaves our kitchen.
 
Pranav brings his marketing expertise to the business and handles procurement and human resources.
 
Prakash, with over 50 Years of business experience, offers pearls of wisdom on the overall running of the business and its finances.
